SEGA article, February 18th, 2013

The daily newspaper SEGA (СЕГА) today has an investigative report on the scheme used to drain the science fund during the last session. The article is based on the report issued by the inspectors general for the cabinet a couple of weeks ago. The report led to the resignation of the minister of education, Sergey Ignatov.

The article, written by Vanina Stoyanova, highlights several of the many violations found by the committee which she summarizes as having "the right people in the right place at the right time".
